What is an (On Campus) Student Meal Plans?
The ( On Campus) Student Meal Plan is for student who reside in our CSUB Housing on campus. This assigned meal plan is included in the tuition for CSUB Housing. The (On Campus) Meal Plan unlocks unlimited swipes at the AYCTE (All - You - Care - To - Eat) Residential Runner Cafe and $50 Dining Dollars to be used at our on-campus retail locations across CSUB campus, concessions stand for games, and campus Food Trucks. The meal swipes and dining dollars are added to your CSUB Runner ID Card and are deducted from your account each time you use them. So, there is no need to carry additional cards or cash! All students can change from their assigned plan to any of our other meal plan offers by September 23. You would need to let CSUB Housing or CSUB Dining Team by emailing them with your information. All dining dollars roll over to spring semester. All meal plans expire at the end of spring semester.

The (Off Campus) Metropolitan Meal Plan is for student who reside off campus. This meal plan is students' choice to get an experience of having a meal plan that fits their needs and budget. The (Off Campus) Meal Plan is customizable to fit your needs. You can always add more dollars anytime throughout the semester. This meal plan can be used at our on-campus retail locations across CSUB campus, concessions stand for games, and campus Food Trucks. The meal swipes and DB dollars are added to your CSUB Runner ID Card and are deducted from your account each time you use them. So, there is no need to carry additional cards or cash! All dining dollars roll over to spring semester. All meal plans expire at the end of spring semester.
What is a Faculty Staff Metropolitan Meal Plan?
The Faculty Staff Metropolitan Meal Plan is for CSUB Faculty and Staff on campus. This meal plan is Faculty Staff choice to get an experience of having a meal plan that fits their needs and budget. The Faculty Staff Meal Plan is customizable to fit your needs. You can always add more dollars anytime throughout the semester. This meal plan can be used at our on-campus retail locations across CSUB campus, concessions stand for games, and campus Food Trucks. Does my meal plan roll over from fall to spring semester?
Yes, any dining dollar remaining in fall semester will roll over to the spring semester.
What if I lose my Student ID?
Report your Student ID to the RunnerCard office as soon as you notice it missing. Your remaining Metropolitan Meal Plan balance will transfer over to your new ID.Meal Plan Benefits

Check your (On Campus) Student Meal Plan balance on your receipt after a purchase at any of our dining locations.
