Metropolitan Meal Plan Dollars are loaded on your card and used with just a simple swipe of your CSUB ID / Runner Card. Your ID works like a debit card. Each time a purchase is made, the cost of the purchase is subtracted from your account automatically. Metropolitan Meal Plan Dollars are available to everyone and can be used at the Runner Cafe, WhichWich, Starbucks, Panda Express, Runner Express and Walter's Coffee & Snack Bar.
